甘利明称,政府对CPI的预测显示日本2015财年恐难达成央行2%的通胀目标,而油价下跌可能是通胀无法达成目标的原因之一。

甘利明的上述言论也释放出清晰信号,表明日本央行或需要进一步扩大货币宽松政策以达到通胀目标。
